Whenever you plan to exhibit, feel free to contact us. We will help you to draw an exclusive design for your exhibition booth as you wish. The design will be free of charge as long as you do not use it for your personal purpose.
What we need from you are just informations about :
Note : If you have got the Exhibition Lay-out from the event organizer, it will be very helpful if you could send it to us by fax or email.
As soon as we get your informations, we will tell our designer to draw the specific booth you want. Commonly, It will takes about 2-7 days from the time we receive your information, to send you back the design and the price quotation, depending on the job load of our designers. We will tell you if you have to wait longer than a week for a design.
The time we need for preparation and production on our workshop up to the set up time on the exhibition location (after the final design approved) vary from 3 days to 2 weeks depend on the difficulty of the booth design and the jobs we are handling at that moment. The booth made of wood will take longer time to produce than the booth using System R-8 module.

What we need from you are just informations about :
- The size of your exhibition space (eg.: 6x3 M)
- The position of your space (eg. : between 2 other booths, at the corner, or island area).
- What kind of booth you plan to build of (wood or System R-8 or combination of those)
- What the dominant colour of the booth you are preferred ?
- How many graphic do you plan to place ? What size ? And what kind of (frontlite or backlite)?
- Do you need storage or just lockable drawers ? What Size ?
> How high the tower should be ? - Do you need showcase ? How many ? What Size ?
- And other special notices you want us to know.
